YOGA & MINDFULNESS RETREAT: KENYA
2019 Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat
Kenya
November 2019 - Dates TBC
A unique once in a lifetime opportunity to reconnect with nature and develop your yoga practice in the idyllic setting of Kenya's south coast.
I am excited to announce that I am working with Camps International, the ethical travel specialists, to offer you the chance to take part in a really special yoga retreat unlike any other.
This retreat is equally suited to beginners as well as more experienced yogis and is specifically designed to help you reconnect with nature and yourself through experiencing the wonder, beauty and adventure of one of the most spectacular places on Earth.
You'll spend time in the Kenyan bush where you can live among nature and experience Africa's incredible wildlife on an adventure packed safari. Then its down to the coast where you'll stay in a beautiful hotel with full yoga and spa facilities on one of the world's best tropical beaches.
This retreat not only gives you the opportunity to focus on yourself, balancing your mind, body and soul, but also give those who wish, a chance to give back to local Kenyan communities through meaningful project activities and a beneficial yoga session with the local children.
