I'm really excited to announce my next workshop, which is a combination of Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage which I'm running with my lovely friend Penny McKay. As the nights are drawing in our bodies start to feel tight and we can feel lethargic and in need of some TLC. The combination of flowing yoga to warm the body, restorative yoga and Thai Yoga Massage to stretch the body effortlessly will leave your body feeling completely relaxed and your mind feeling calm. Deeply stretching the body helps the energy to flow more freely, improves our mood and boosts immunity. Just what we need before the onset of winter.
The workshop is open to anyone, even if you've never tried yoga or Thai Yoga Massage before. Just £50 for a whole day to nurturing. We are going to have a shared Vegetarian lunch, so please bring a dish or dessert/cake to share with the group. If you would like more information or to book your space please contact me.
