I've added 2 audio meditations to my website, which is really exciting. They are both on the Meditation and Mindfulness Page, which is accessed via the Home Page, then About, and then Meditation and Mindfulness. If you scroll to the bottom there are 2 recordings which you can play as often as you like.
The first is a Mindfulness Meditation called Awareness of Breath, which is a really nice way of connecting with your own breath and to become present in your body. The second is a 30 minute Yoga Nidra Relaxation, which can help to de-stress and relax you, and can also be used to help you get to sleep.
I will hopefully be adding to these, over the next few months, so watch this space.
