After the slow, relaxed pace of the summer holidays, now that September is upon us, it can be a very busy time of year with children going back to school and summer holidays becoming a distant memory, stress levels start to creep up. So it's really important to think about your own wellbeing and to take some time out of your busy schedules.
Join me for a day of nurturing at Ibsley Village Hall, to celebrate the start of Autumn, on Sunday 6th October. The day will begin with some gentle flowing yoga and mindfulness in the morning, followed by delicious home-made soups and bread for lunch.
After lunch we will go for a walk into the beautiful New Forest, and perhaps collect some Autumn foliage. Under the amazing tuition of Claire Sarel from Clarity flowers, you will each create your own hand-tied Autumn bouquet of flowers to take home with you, maybe even including some of your own collected foliage.
Following all that hard work we will be treated to a delicious afternoon tea with scones and cake all served on gorgeous, Vintage Tea sets.
The day will commence at 10 am and finish around 4 pm. Payment of £60 will secure your place.
It is suitable for all levels including beginners.
