What a strange year this has been. It's certainly been challenging as a Yoga Teacher. Yoga has been even more important during this Pandemic, both for physical exercise and mindfulness. Being able to de-stress and still the mind is even more important when your emotions are on a roller coaster. I still wanted to be able to provide some classes during lockdown so I've now learnt how to teach online, using Zoom, Facebook and YouTube. I've also been teaching in my garden, which has been amazing, but has had its challenges including rain, ants nests and frisky black birds! I'm really pleased to be starting an indoor class on Wednesday evenings from 29th July at 7.30 pm at Greyfriars Hall in Greyfriars Community Centre. All risk assessments have been done and the class numbers will be limited to 12 to ensure social distancing can be observed. This can be booked online or contact me directly to book your place. I will continue the online classes and classes in the garden weekly as well, so please contact me to book either of these. Who knows what the future holds? But whatever happens, I will continue bringing Yoga to you in one form or another. Thank you so much for your continued support.
Take Care and Stay Safe.
