Whether you are in perfect health, or are currently suffering from back issues, everyone will benefit from my Healthy Backs Workshop in a few weeks time.
Surprisingly, more than 80% of us will suffer from back pain at some point, which can make life pretty miserable, so it’s really important that we look after our backs today.
I realised this only too well a few weeks ago following a vigorous cleaning session of my conservatory windows! I consider myself pretty fit and healthy but I was surprised at how painful and debilitating a strained back can be.
Fortunately I am all better now, thanks to lots of ice/heat compresses and gentle yoga stretches, but this was the inspiration for my workshop. I want to share some valuable exercises and tips with you in order to keep your backs as strong and as flexible as possible. If you are currently having back problems, hopefully this workshop will alleviate some of the discomfort and get you on the road to recovery.
The workshop is open to everyone, even if you’ve never done yoga before. As always, it’s a very relaxed and friendly environment and costs only £25.
