New Gentle Yoga Class| Monday 17th May 10.45 am




I'm so excited to be getting back to face to face classes from 17th May. I'm starting a Gentle Yoga Class on Monday 17th May at 10.45 am at Ibsley Village Hall. This is suitable for those who simply want a slower paced, more gentle class or for those who may be recovering from an injury, or perhaps just don't have the mobility that you used to. Ibsley hall has recently been renovated, and is a covid safe space in the heart of the New Forest.


Moving our body mindfully and focusing on our breath is key to yoga. It doesn't have to be a dynamic fast paced practice. In fact, slowing down and tuning into our body is even more important. Physically it's vital to keep our joints mobile and do weight bearing exercise to help prevent osteoporosis. It's also a friendly/sociable activity, which we've definitely all missed over the last year. So those of you that have never tried yoga before, or perhaps you haven't been able to practice during lockdown or you are just feeling a bit creaky, then this is the class for you.


You will need to bring your own yoga mats and feel free to bring any props that you may need including belts, blocks, blankets and gym balls. Chairs are available for those that need them, to help with balance. I am happy to order anything you need, please contact me for a chat if you are unsure.

From this Sunday I am also going to run a weekly ‘live’ online class. You can either join in live with me or each class will be saved into the ‘Live Class’ channel on my website. Each class will be £8 to join.
