Daytime yoga classes are booked and paid for on a termly basis, offering a consistent and structured approach to your practice, perfect for building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness over time.  As a small, independent business run by me alone (rather than a larger company), each booked space and each absence directly affects the viability of the class. While I completely understand that holidays, illness and life events arise, termly payments allow me to plan, commit to running the class, and keep it going consistently for everyone. If there are exceptional health circumstances, please feel free to speak to me in confidence

Evening classes, however, provide added flexibility, allowing you to drop in as your schedule permits or book termly for a more regular commitment. Whether you prefer the structure of a termly booking or the spontaneity of drop-in sessions, there’s an option to suit your lifestyle and support your wellness journey.

Please note that classes are non-refundable and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
