I have put together a selection of free and paid yoga classes for you do enjoy in the comfort of your own home, whenever you like, as often as you like. To maximise your practice, I recommend that you do one or more of the audio meditations and breathing exercises at the beginning and end of each class. Your usual yoga classes - now online
Join me on my New Year Yoga Course, which reflects the classes that I would usually hold in person. This course is discounted in order to help you build a regular practice throughout Lockdown and beyond. It's suitable for any age or ability, with plenty of modifications so you only work as hard as you feel is right for you on any given day.
For £25 per month you'll receive a weekly hour long yoga class for at least 8 weeks. A new class will be released every Sunday so you can be ready for the week ahead. There are no contracts or hidden charges, and you can cancel at any time.
Individual classes in the comfort of your home
This selection of individual classes is ideal if you fancy something a little different, are short on time (durations range from 20 mins to an hour) or if there is a specific area you would like to focus on. Classes include morning/evening yoga, yoga for anxiety and flows to boost your energy.
Every paid class is downloadable so you can enjoy them offline whenever you like, as often as you like ... forever.
