Special operations for in-person classes during Covid-19

I have conducted a comprehensive risk assessment, taking into account all aspects of the government's requirements for indoor leisure activity. This is reviewed regularly and I will update as required.
These include:

  • Students are required to wear a face mask on arrival, departure and any time outside of their practice.

  • When entering the class I will ask you to confirm whether you have been experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of taste or smell). If so, we will kindly ask you to leave and to follow government advice.

  • Hand sanitiser is provided at the venue entrance. All students are required to use this on entry and departure.  Students should also check in using the NHS Covid-19 app, scanning the QR code on the poster in reception.

  • Keep 2m apart from any other person, or at least 1m+ when wearing your face mask

  • Bring your own mat and any props you might want to use (e.g. blocks/bricks). We are not supplying any mats or props at this time.

  • Place your mat at least 2 metres from others. Class sizes have been adjusted accordingly to ensure there is ample space.

  • After class I will sanitise touch points and the venue will be deep cleaned every day.

  • If after attending any of my in-person classes you experience COVID-19-like symptoms or are diagnosed as having contracted COVID-19 you must let me know at Sarah@ringwoodyoga.co.uk
