I teach Hatha yoga, which is suitable for all levels of fitness from complete beginners to more advanced and classes are adapted accordingly. I am also able to offer one to one lessons in my home or yours, tailored to your specific needs. These include:
Pregnancy and Post-natal yoga
Children and Family Yoga
Rehabilitation following illness or injury
Managing stress and depression
My yoga style is suitable for all ages and abilities. I can offer a very physical practice or a much more gentle, meditative practice. Either way, you will benefit from a very rewarding whole body, mind and spirit workout.
Yoga will help to calm your mind, relax your body and stretch your muscles, improving flexibility and increasing bone density. It is also a very personal practice. You don’t have to ‘be good’ at yoga. It is a connection with you and your body and you work to your own level, whatever that may be on any given day.
Remember, it isn’t about achieving the perfect posture - it is as much about the journey…
