RINGWOOD YOGA CLASSES
I offer a variety of daytime and evening classes to suit different working hours. All you need to bring is your own yoga mat (I have a couple of spare mats if you forget yours). All other equipment is provided.
Comfort is very important, so wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and bring socks and a warm top for relaxation.
The class starts with a short relaxation followed by warm ups, postures, pranayama (breathing practice), meditation and a deep relaxation to finish.
I also offer pregnancy and post-natal yoga, meditation and children's yoga on a group or individual basis.
