Join me for a truly special autumn afternoon of yoga, nature, and seasonal beauty at the stunning White Park Flowers in the heart of the New Forest. As the seasons begin to turn, this tranquil setting offers the perfect space to slow down and reconnect.

You’ll be warmly welcomed by myself, Sarah (owner of White Park Flowers), and Marianne, who will be preparing comforting homemade treats and drinks to enjoy after the practice.

We’ll practice together in the flower field, surrounded by rich autumn colour and gentle movement. If the weather is inclement, we’ll move into the beautifully built barn — a calm, welcoming space ideal for this more grounding time of year.
