🌸 Something joyful is blooming this summer… 🌸
Join me for a truly special midsummer morning of yoga, nature, and floral beauty at the stunning White Park Flowers in the heart of the New Forest. With flowers at their peak, this vibrant and uplifting setting offers the perfect backdrop for a refreshing summer yoga practice.
You’ll be warmly welcomed by myself, Sarah (owner of White Park Flowers), and Marianne, who will be providing delicious snacks and refreshing drinks for the morning.
We’ll practice together in the flower field, surrounded by colour, warmth, and birdsong. If the weather is inclement, we’ll move into the beautifully built barn — a calm, airy space that still keeps us connected to the outdoors.
