Join me for a truly special spring afternoon of yoga, nature, and floral beauty at the stunning White Park Flowers in the heart of the New Forest. This peaceful and picturesque setting offers the perfect backdrop for a nourishing and uplifting yoga session as the season comes into bloom.

You’ll be warmly welcomed by myself, Sarah (owner of White Park Flowers), and Marianne, who will be taking care of the delicious homemade cakes and drinks throughout the afternoon.

We’ll practice together in the flower field, surrounded by spring colour, birdsong, and fresh air. If the weather is inclement, we’ll move into the beautifully built barn — a calm, airy space that still connects us to the magic of the surroundings.
