Teaching At 'Minifest' 2017

I was delighted to be contacted by the lovely Nicky Bignell to teach some yoga at Minifest 2017. It is a festival for family and friends held in Rockbourne, and has been running for a few years, and started as a party in a field for family and friends. It has grown over the years, and tickets are like gold dust. All tickets were sold in the first 15 minutes they went on sale. So if you haven't got yours yet, then you'll have to wait until next year!

I'll be teaching a children's yoga class from 9 - 9.45 am including songs, games, cuddly toys and stories, suitable for ages 5-10 year olds.

I'm then teaching an adult class from 10 -11 am which is suitable for all levels including beginners.

Bookings are being taken via the Minifest 2017 Facebook page.
