Ingredients

  • 500 ml apple juice

  • 60-70 g of fresh unpeeled ginger roughly chopped

  • juice of 1 lemon


    Method

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. This will take around a minute and you will need a fairly powerful blender. You can peel the ginger if preferred.

  • Pass it through a seive into a bottle for your week's supply. (the remaining pulp can be used for soups, stir fries, curries, etc)
