Audio Meditations | to de-stress, relax and unwind

I have added some new free audio meditations, which you can download here.
There's a lovely Progressive Muscle Relaxation, where we bring awareness to each body part, and instruct it to let go. This brings about a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Also very calming for busy minds, and an aid to sleep.
And also a guided visualisation journeying through the Chakras. Harmonising for the whole body, giving you back a sense of balance and helping to ground you.
Take some time out for yourself. Maybe enjoy a restorative yoga practice first. Try my printable flow here.
