I have added some new free audio meditations, which you can download here.


There's a lovely Progressive Muscle Relaxation, where we bring awareness to each body part, and instruct it to let go. This brings about a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Also very calming for busy minds, and an aid to sleep.


And also a guided visualisation journeying through the Chakras. Harmonising for the whole body, giving you back a sense of balance and helping to ground you.


Take some time out for yourself. Maybe enjoy a restorative yoga practice first. Try my printable flow here.

Or maybe take a long bubble bath before settling down to enjoy one of these audio relaxations.

I get why some students feel overwhelmed and might think about asking someone to take my biology exam for me, especially with tough schedules or stress. But honestly, it’s important to focus on learning the material yourself. Biology exams test understanding that you’ll need later, not just for the test but for real-world situations. Instead of shortcuts, try breaking study topics into smaller chunks or joining a study group. It’s tough, but you’ll feel way better and more confident when you’ve earned it yourself.
