Managing Exam Stress


I'm really pleased to be able to offer some free Mindfulness sessions to help to Year 11 Students at Ringwood School in preparation for their upcoming exams.

The sessions will explain a little about how mindfulness works and then include a selection of practical activities to help them de-stress both before and during the exams. This toolkit can then be used during any stressful times throughout their lives. They will be given handouts that they can then use at home.

The first session is on Friday 27th April from 3.30 pm - 4.30 pm, and this will be repeated the following Friday 4 May at the same time. So if you have children in year 11 at Ringwood School who could do with some help to de-stress before the exams then please sign them up. The sessions are free to attend but are limited to 20 students per session.
